To ensure comprehensive and sustainable rural development through people’s participation; to provide quality, transparent, efficient, and people-friendly services to the public in a time-bound manner in areas such as public health, education, agricultural development, rural infrastructure development, women and child welfare, social security, sustainable environmental protection, and employment generation; to achieve and sustain sustainable development through the effective utilization of local resources; and to emerge as a model Local Self-Government Institution by ensuring social justice and equal opportunities.

Mission
